Einen Datenschutzbeauftragten haben wir nicht benannt.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. \u00dcberblick<\/h3>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diese Website informiert \u00fcber die InhalPlus GmbH und unsere Arbeit. Personenbezogene Daten verarbeiten wir hier, soweit dies f\u00fcr die Bereitstellung der Website technisch erforderlich ist und soweit Sie uns Daten selbst mitteilen, etwa \u00fcber das Kontaktformular oder per E-Mail. Au\u00dferdem werten wir die Server-Logfiles statistisch aus.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00fcr die Webanalyse nutzen wir ausschlie\u00dflich die Logfile-Statistik unseres Hosters IONOS, ohne Cookies und ohne Tracking-Skripte. Werbe- oder Marketing-Tracking setzen wir nicht ein, und wir binden keine Inhalte von Drittanbietern ein. Schriftarten und sonstige Ressourcen werden von unserem Webserver bei IONOS geladen.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Hosting und Server-Logfiles<\/h3>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unsere Website wird bei der IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Stra\u00dfe 57, 56410 Montabaur, Deutschland, gehostet. Bei jedem Aufruf der Website verarbeitet der Webserver automatisch Informationen, die Ihr Browser \u00fcbermittelt, und speichert sie in Protokolldateien (Server-Logfiles):<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>IP-Adresse des anfragenden Ger\u00e4ts (nach Angaben von IONOS nur in anonymisierter Form gespeichert)<\/li>\n\n<li>Datum und Uhrzeit des Zugriffs<\/li>\n\n<li>aufgerufene Seite oder Datei<\/li>\n\n<li>zuvor besuchte Seite (Referrer-URL)<\/li>\n\n<li>Browsertyp und -version, Betriebssystem und Ger\u00e4tetyp<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zweck:<\/strong> Auslieferung der Website, Sicherstellung von Stabilit\u00e4t und Sicherheit des Betriebs sowie Erkennung und Abwehr von Angriffen.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Rechtsgrundlage:<\/strong> Art.\u00a06 Abs.\u00a01 lit.\u00a0f DSGVO. Unser berechtigtes Interesse liegt in einem sicheren und st\u00f6rungsfreien Betrieb der Website.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Speicherdauer:<\/strong> Die Server-Logfiles werden nach Angaben von IONOS nach acht Wochen gel\u00f6scht. Eine Zusammenf\u00fchrung mit anderen Datenquellen findet nicht statt.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Auftragsverarbeitung:<\/strong> IONOS verarbeitet die Daten in unserem Auftrag und nach unseren Weisungen auf Grundlage eines Vertrags zur Auftragsverarbeitung nach Art.\u00a028 DSGVO.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Statistische Auswertung:<\/strong> Aus den Server-Logfiles erstellt IONOS f\u00fcr uns mit dem Dienst WebAnalytics zusammengefasste Statistiken, etwa zur Zahl der Besuche, zu aufgerufenen Seiten, Herkunftsseiten, Browsern und Betriebssystemen. Daf\u00fcr werden weder Cookies gesetzt noch Skripte in Ihrem Browser ausgef\u00fchrt. Die IP-Adresse wird dabei nach Angaben von IONOS nur in anonymisierter Form und nur zur ungef\u00e4hren Standortbestimmung verarbeitet. Wir erhalten ausschlie\u00dflich zusammengefasste Auswertungen, die keine R\u00fcckschl\u00fcsse auf einzelne Besucher zulassen. Zweck ist, die Nutzung unserer Website zu verstehen und sie zu verbessern. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art.\u00a06 Abs.\u00a01 lit.\u00a0f DSGVO; unser berechtigtes Interesse liegt in einer bedarfsgerechten Gestaltung unserer Website.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Verbindung zu unserer Website ist per TLS verschl\u00fcsselt.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Zus\u00e4tzlich werden der Zeitpunkt des Absendens und die Seite, von der aus Sie das Formular abgesendet haben, \u00fcbermittelt. Zur \u00dcbermittlung in Drittl\u00e4nder siehe Ziffer\u00a07.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Speicherdauer:<\/strong> Wir speichern Ihre Anfrage, solange dies f\u00fcr ihre Bearbeitung und die daran anschlie\u00dfende Kommunikation erforderlich ist. Anfragen, die nicht zu einer weiteren Gesch\u00e4ftsbeziehung f\u00fchren, l\u00f6schen wir sp\u00e4testens zwei Jahre nach dem letzten Kontakt. Unterliegt die Korrespondenz gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten, etwa als Handels- oder Gesch\u00e4ftsbrief (\u00a7\u00a0257 HGB, \u00a7\u00a0147 AO), bewahren wir sie f\u00fcr die Dauer dieser Pflicht auf, in der Regel sechs Jahre; Rechtsgrundlage ist insoweit Art.\u00a06 Abs.\u00a01 lit.\u00a0c DSGVO.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bewerbungen:<\/strong> Senden Sie uns eine Bewerbung, verarbeiten wir Ihre Angaben, um \u00fcber die Begr\u00fcndung eines Besch\u00e4ftigungsverh\u00e4ltnisses zu entscheiden (Art.\u00a06 Abs.\u00a01 lit.\u00a0b DSGVO). Externe Empf\u00e4nger sind unsere Auftragsverarbeiter IONOS (Hosting der Website einschlie\u00dflich Kontaktformular und Logfile-Statistik, Ziffern\u00a03 und 4), Microsoft (E-Mail, Ziffer\u00a04) und ein IT-Dienstleister mit Sitz in der Europ\u00e4ischen Union, der unsere Website technisch betreut und daf\u00fcr Zugang zum Verwaltungsbereich hat. Overview<\/h3>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This website provides information about InhalPlus GmbH and our work. We process personal data here to the extent that this is technically necessary to provide the website and to the extent that you provide data to us yourself, for example via the contact form or by email. We also analyse the server log files statistically.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For web analytics we exclusively use the log file statistics of our host IONOS, without cookies and without tracking scripts. We do not use any advertising or marketing tracking and do not embed any third-party content. Fonts and other resources are loaded from our web server at IONOS.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Hosting and server log files<\/h3>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Stra\u00dfe 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. Each time the website is accessed, the web server automatically processes information transmitted by your browser and stores it in log files (server log files):<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>IP address of the requesting device (according to IONOS, stored only in anonymised form)<\/li>\n\n<li>date and time of access<\/li>\n\n<li>page or file requested<\/li>\n\n<li>previously visited page (referrer URL)<\/li>\n\n<li>browser type and version, operating system and device type<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Purpose:<\/strong> delivering the website, ensuring stable and secure operation, and detecting and preventing attacks.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> Art.\u00a06(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure and uninterrupted operation of the website.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Retention period:<\/strong> According to IONOS, server log files are deleted after eight weeks. The data is not combined with other data sources.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Data processing agreement:<\/strong> IONOS processes the data on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art.\u00a028 GDPR.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Statistical analysis:<\/strong> IONOS uses its WebAnalytics service to create aggregated statistics for us from the server log files, for example on the number of visits, pages viewed, referring pages, browsers and operating systems. No cookies are set and no scripts are executed in your browser for this purpose. According to IONOS, the IP address is only processed in anonymised form and only to determine the approximate location. We only receive aggregated reports that do not allow conclusions to be drawn about individual visitors. The purpose is to understand how our website is used and to improve it. The legal basis is Art.\u00a06(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in designing our website in line with our visitors\u2019 needs.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The connection to our website is encrypted using TLS.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Contact form and email<\/h3>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide. For the contact form, this is your email address, your message and, if you provide it, your name. In addition, the time of submission and the page from which you submitted the form are transmitted. For emails, we additionally process the information contained in the sender line and signature.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Purpose:<\/strong> handling and responding to your enquiry and any subsequent communication.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> Art.\u00a06(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry is aimed at the conclusion or performance of a contract with you. Otherwise Art.\u00a06(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in responding to enquiries and in communicating with investors, hospitals, cooperation partners and other interested parties.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Required information:<\/strong> We need your email address in order to reply to you. Without it, we cannot process an enquiry submitted via the contact form. All other information is voluntary.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Health data:<\/strong> Please do not send us any health information via the contact form or by email, for example about illnesses or treatments concerning you or your child. We cannot provide medical advice. If you nevertheless provide such information, we process it only to answer your enquiry and delete it once your enquiry has been answered. The legal basis in this respect is your explicit consent (Art.\u00a09(2)(a) GDPR), which you give by sending the information; you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Transmission:<\/strong> Information submitted via the contact form is forwarded to us by email from our web server. For our email communication we use Microsoft 365, provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin\u00a018, Ireland, as a processor pursuant to Art.\u00a028 GDPR. For transfers to third countries, see section\u00a07.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Retention period:<\/strong> We store your enquiry for as long as this is necessary for handling it and for any subsequent communication. Enquiries that do not lead to a further business relationship are deleted no later than two years after the last contact. Where the correspondence is subject to statutory retention obligations, for example as commercial or business correspondence (Section 257 German Commercial Code (HGB), Section 147 German Fiscal Code (AO)), we retain it for the duration of that obligation, usually six years; the legal basis in this respect is Art.\u00a06(1)(c) GDPR.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Applications:<\/strong> If you send us an application, we process your information in order to decide on establishing an employment relationship (Art.\u00a06(1)(b) GDPR). Without the information required for the position, we cannot consider your application; you are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide it. If your application contains special categories of personal data, for example information on a severe disability, we only process them to the extent necessary for us to exercise rights and fulfil obligations under employment law and social security and social protection law (Art.\u00a09(2)(b) GDPR in conjunction with Section 26(3) of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG)). If no employment relationship is established, we delete your application documents six months after the end of the application process; until then we retain them in order to be able to defend against claims (Art.\u00a06(1)(f) GDPR). We only retain them for longer with your consent. The two-year period under this section does not apply to applications.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Cookies<\/h3>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not use cookies or similar technologies on this website that store or read information on your device. The only exception applies to persons who log in to the administration area of the website, such as our staff; for this purpose, WordPress sets technically necessary cookies (Section 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG).<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. LinkedIn<\/h3>\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.1 Links to LinkedIn<\/h4>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our website contains links to our company page and to the profiles of our team members on LinkedIn. These are simple links. No data is transmitted to LinkedIn when you visit our website. Only when you click on a link are you redirected to LinkedIn, where LinkedIn\u2019s privacy provisions apply.<\/p>\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.2 Our company page on LinkedIn<\/h4>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We maintain a company page on LinkedIn, a service provided by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin\u00a02, Ireland (\u201cLinkedIn\u201d). When you visit our company page, LinkedIn processes personal data and provides us with statistical analyses in aggregated form (\u201cPage Insights\u201d). We do not receive any data relating to individual persons.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you follow our company page, comment on or share posts, or send us a message there, we view and process the information visible in your LinkedIn profile and the content of your interaction in order to communicate with you. This data remains stored on LinkedIn until you delete it there or we delete the relevant posts or messages. LinkedIn determines the retention period for Page Insights.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are joint controllers with LinkedIn for the processing carried out for Page Insights (Art.\u00a026 GDPR). The agreement concluded with LinkedIn is available at <a href=\"https:\/\/legal.linkedin.com\/pages-joint-controller-addendum\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/legal.linkedin.com\/pages-joint-controller-addendum<\/a>. Under this agreement, LinkedIn has undertaken to respond to data subject requests concerning Page Insights. You may, however, also contact us; we will then forward your request to LinkedIn.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>legal basis<\/strong> for operating our company page and for communicating via it is Art.\u00a06(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in providing information about our company and communicating with interested parties. Beyond Page Insights, we have no influence on the processing of data by LinkedIn, including any transfers to the USA. Recipients and transfers to third countries<\/h3>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Within our company, only those persons who need your data for processing have access to it. External recipients are our processors IONOS (hosting of the website including the contact form and the log file statistics, sections\u00a03 and 4), Microsoft (email, section\u00a04) and an IT service provider based in the European Union that provides technical support for our website and has access to its administration area for this purpose. Beyond this, we only disclose data where we are legally obliged to do so (Art.\u00a06(1)(c) GDPR) or where this is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims (Art.\u00a06(1)(f) GDPR); recipients may in this context include advisers bound by professional secrecy, such as tax advisers or lawyers.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to Microsoft, data is generally stored within the European Union (EU Data Boundary). Access by Microsoft Corporation in the USA, for example in the context of support or security measures, cannot be ruled out. According to its own statements, Microsoft Corporation is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Transfers are currently based on the European Commission\u2019s adequacy decision (EU) 2023\/1795 of 10 July 2023 (Art.\u00a045 GDPR) and, in addition, on standard contractual clauses of the European Commission (Art.\u00a046(2)(c) GDPR). The standard contractual clauses are available at <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/eli\/dec_impl\/2021\/914\/oj\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/eli\/dec_impl\/2021\/914\/oj<\/a>; further information on the safeguards is available from us on request.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apart from this, we do not ourselves transfer any personal data to countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area (regarding LinkedIn, see section\u00a06.2).<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.
